VIKRANT –
Great product

This is a great built mokapot with capacity close to 300ml. Also it looks amazing considering the texture and color. I somehow made it work on induction top too.

Its a good product to quickly prepare filter coffee decoction. But the bottom is not exact fit for a stove so there are chances it might just tumble down and the amount of coffee you prepare can be used, just by a single person. Volume is not sufficient enough for more than 2 people. material is aluminium, so everyone may have a varying opinion on that
Sonali Gogia –
It doesn’t close properly. Coffee always spills when pouring

Review changed after 2 months of daily use. The product is of cheap quality, and I recommend you spend some more and buy a better product.
The paint on the outside makes it seem sturdy, like granite or stone, but the paint at the bottom came off the second time I made coffee with it.
The pot is not really wide enough to be used on a gas stove. It sat precariously on my smallest burner, and I couldn’t use the other three burners while brewing my morning coffee in fear of the pot falling over and spilling hot coffee everywhere. Putting something heavy on the counter next to the stove could topple it.
But I managed, the coffee was okay… Until the pot broke a few weeks ago.
The coffee had finished brewing, and I reached out to pick up the pot when the handle snapped and hot coffee went everywhere. I didn’t know how to hold the hot utensil, had to get a couple of dishrags, cleaned my stove and the floor, started over. The pot couldn’t balance without the handle, and it was unbearably hot, so I ended up holding it over the flame with the rags. Not very safe, but at least I had coffee.
I had the warranty that the product came with, and also the extended 6 month warranty when you get when you contact them via WhatsApp. I had contacted them when I got the pot, and was asked to write a review, which I did. My original review was 4 stars. I got an audio message asking me to change it to five stars, which after some internal debate, I had done.
So I messaged the person who had asked me for the review, who said I need to contact customer care. Customer care gave me another number to message the images to, and then I could ask them to call me back.
I messaged the pictures and the reply was that the handle breaking was physical damage, which was not covered by the warranty.
I am confused as to what the warranty is for then. There’s no electronic components, wiring or anything. It is a utensil, and the only damage it can have is physical.
I asked them what sort of damage they cover. I asked them to call me back. The messages were read, but I have had no reply in weeks.
Basically, I have written it off as a bad investment. Take my advice, just invest in something better from a more professional seller.
