This is the most value for money product I have ever purchased on Amazon. It looks beautiful and makes really great coffee! Don’t think too much, just buy it ! Totally worth it. Be careful during washing though because the borosilicate is thin and can crack easily. Also one of the photos in the product description shows that they are putting it on the gas – I’ve not had the guts to do that. The product also doesn’t come with an instruction manual so there is no way to confirm this hence only 4 stars.
Overall: Super satisfied. Value for money product.

It’s a beautiful piece and does the job for the exact purpose I bought this for. Reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I had a horrible delivery experience. The first one came fully broken but kudos to the seller and Amazon for replacing it promptly. However even with the replacement unit, it still had a long scratch, but since it was manageable, I decided to keep it.
The packaging on this glassware needs to be more dense and packed to prevent breakdowns during delivery.
