Have been using moka pot from past 5 years (used bialetti) and recently bought ibell moka pot, I got the pot with handle broken but got the replacement for new one, it’s been a month and the moka pot works perfectly fine, the cost is reasonable compared to other pots in the market. It got the great look which adds elegance to kitchen. One less star for broken product delivered.

About seven weeks after purchase, the handle broke off from the turning pressure when I unscrewed the top, which is normal usage. Responding to my replacement claim, an Ibell representative then told me that “Physical damage will not be covered under warranty.” Remarkably, the warranty conditions written on the warranty card exclude almost everything, including “normal wear and tear”. This means that de facto, there is no warranty at all. Hands off!
