The product is amazing. Nice sturdy mugs and a beautiful colour. Though it looks a little dark in the picture, it has a beautiful shine and light green colour. Packaging is also good. Not even a scratch on the product.

I liked the multicolour mug pair. But didn’t realise that one of the mug was delivered defective/cracked. As soon as the tea was poured, it started leaking..
Couldn’t place return/replace order since I had discarded the packing stuff.
I will appreciate refund for one mug.. as the other one is alright

The cups are beautiful…. The color is the same as the pics…. I removed a star because one of the cups had something stuck at the bottom making it a little wobbly and it also had a Crack on the inside (although there was nothing outside)….
