I try to avoid tea bags because of the chemicals that are used in the manufacture of paper. The thought of dipping the paper in hot water & then drinking it is scary. While I use an infuser at home carrying a glass pot when travelling was not possible. This infuser is small & very useful to carry when travelling.

This product is not made of brass. It’s stainless steel with a brass coating. It is also very flimsy. Haven’t used it even once. Opened it carefully to put some tea and it broke. Waste of money.

This infuser is a great help for preparing green tea infusions. However, the rim is soft and bends easily during cleaning. It must be washed with care and a light hand is recommended.
