Ok product that doesn’t have any service or parts replacement policy .
It’s been 3 months I have been trying to buy a replacement jar , it’s not available on Amazon or their site . Raising tickets won’t help too.

Decoction prepared is very diluted…its not for indian style coffee that we prepare with milk. Wouldnt recommended it if u like strong coffee
